What we collect on this site
Messages you send us
If you email us, call, or use the contact form, we receive your last name, first name, email address, the subject you chose, and the message. The form sends that message to [email protected]. We use it to reply and, if you ask, to quote or to book work. Legal basis: steps toward a contract, and our legitimate interest in answering professional enquiries. We keep correspondence as long as the conversation and any following job require, then in ordinary business archives as Greek accounting rules demand.
Language preference
The site is published in English at /en/…. A first-party cookie named st_lang remembers the language when more than one is available. Greek pages are not published yet; /el/… redirects to English. The cookie is not used for advertising.
Analytics cookie
We ask before any analytics run. Until you accept, Google Analytics is not loaded. The same measurement ID as www.supertitles.gr is used: G-91XD7VJWB9 (Google tag / gtag.js).
The choice is a first-party cookie named st_analytics, value accept or decline, lasting one year, path /, SameSite=Lax. Legal basis: your consent. If you decline, we do not load analytics. If you accept, Google also sets its own cookies (typically _ga and related) so it can tell visits apart.
You have already accepted or declined. Withdraw that cookie choice. The banner will appear again. We will not send analytics until you accept.
Your cookie choice has been cleared. You can accept or decline on the banner.
Server logs
The host may log IP address, time, requested file, and browser string for security and to keep the site up. We do not use those logs to profile you. They are rotated on the host’s usual schedule.
Third parties on this site
- Google Analytics — only after you accept. Page views go to Google LLC (measurement ID
G-91XD7VJWB9). Google’s own privacy policy applies to that processing. - Google Fonts — the typeface IBM Plex Sans is requested from Google’s servers. Google may see your IP address. See Google’s privacy documentation for Fonts.
- Google Maps — the contact page embeds a map. Loading that page loads Google’s embed. Same point: Google may process your IP and any cookies Google sets in that frame.
- Social links — Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn in the footer. We do not load their widgets; we only link. Their policies apply when you open those sites.
We do not sell personal data. We do not use the marketing site for advertising networks.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may ask for access, correction, erasure, restriction, or portability of personal data we hold, and you may object to processing that is based on legitimate interest. Where we rely on consent (analytics), you may withdraw it at any time using the link above, without affecting earlier lawful use.
Write to [email protected]. You may also complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (dpa.gr).
Children
This site is for theatres, operators, and producers. We do not aim it at children.
Changes
If we change how analytics works, we will update this page so it stays true.
